• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the fabric has not been cut, processed, or dispatched.

2. Non-Cancellable Orders

• Once the fabric is cut to your required length, customized, or shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.

• Clearance sale or discounted items are non-cancellable and non-refundable.

3. Refund for Cancelled Orders

• Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

• Payment gateway charges (if any) may be deducted from the refund.

4. Order Cancellation by Rishabh Enterprises

We reserve the right to cancel an order in the event of:

• Product unavailability.

• Errors in pricing or product information.

• Payment issues or suspected fraud.

In such cases, customers will be notified immediately, and a full refund will be issued.
