1. Order Processing

• All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

• Fabrics are carefully inspected and packed before dispatch.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

• Domestic Shipping (India):

  • Standard Delivery: 4–7 business days (depending on location).

  • Express Delivery: 2–4 business days (available at an extra cost).

• International Shipping:

  • Available to selected countries. Delivery time: 7–15 business days.

  • Customs duties/taxes (if any) are the responsibility of the buyer.

3. Shipping Charges

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and delivery method.

• Free shipping may be offered on orders above a certain value (check homepage for offers).

4. Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email or SMS.

• You can track your shipment directly through our courier partner’s website.

5. Delays

• While we ensure timely delivery, unforeseen delays (strikes, weather, customs clearance, etc.) may occur.

• We are not responsible for delays beyond our control, but we will assist you in tracking your order.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

• If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours with photos of the package and fabric.

• If your order is lost in transit, we will coordinate with the courier to resolve the issue.

8. Exchange & Replacement Delivery

• Any exchange or replacement order will be delivered within 5–7 business days.

• Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location.
