1. Returns & Exchanges

• Eligibility: Returns are accepted only for unused, unwashed, and uncut fabrics in their original condition and packaging.

• Non-Returnable Items: Fabrics that have been cut, customized, or altered as per your order cannot be returned.

• Time Frame: You must request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

2. Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original method of payment.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

3. Exchanges

• We allow exchanges for eligible items if the fabric received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

• Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery in case of issues.

4. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase before the fabric is cut or processed.

• Once the order is processed, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

5. Shipping for Returns

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

• We recommend using a trackable courier service as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
